Art journaling is a great way to bring some brightness to the dark winter months. Anything goes--it’s all about personal expression and self-care. This virtual program will demonstrate some ideas and techniques to inspire you- feel free to share yours!
All registrants will be able to pick up a kit with a journal, writing tools, journal entry prompts and inspiring collage materials. You can also attend using your own materials.
