In Collaboration with the Saint Paul Public Library, Hmong Cultural Center and Urban Village, the Cities of Saint Paul and Minneapolis will hold a citizenship and immigration fair on April 27, 2024.
- Learn about the US Citizenship application process and how to obtain a 0% interest loan to help pay the citizenship application fee
