Join us for this Library in the Park celebration event honoring Juneteenth and kicking off our Library in the Park series of summer pop-up events. 

Enjoy cultural performances with COMPAS Teaching Artist Danielle Daniel, stories, games, an old school double-Dutch performance and workshop and more! 

Light refreshments will be served.

This Library in the Park program is an enriching cultural heritage celebration acknowledging the Juneteenth holiday and paying homage to some of the rich cultural traditions that African Americans have cultivated from their African roots and American lives. 

Join us for additional Library in the Park pop-up events throughout the summer in the Hamline Midway area.

Funding for Juneteenth programs is provided by The Friends of the Saint Paul Public Library, and the Midway Men’s Club.
