Welcome to ToshoCon 2024, a free anime convention hosted by the Saint Paul Public Library! This one-day event celebrates anime, Asian arts, and pop culture for all ages. Dress up in your favorite cosplay and enjoy fun activities like arts and crafts, Japanese and K-pop performances, exploring the Artist Alley, and relaxing in the manga lounge. You can also game at the Createch teen space and refuel at the ramen and snack station. Mark your calendars and join us for a day of fun—no registration required!
