Events › Mobile Library Launch Party and Celebration

Allow us to introduce to you the new Mobile Library on Saturday, August 3 from 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at the Ames Lake Neighborhood, 1144 Barclay Street.

Join us for an all-ages, family friendly kick-off celebration for the Library’s new library-on-wheels! The program will include a ribbon cutting ceremony and participants can be among the first to explore the new vehicle, cast a vote in the Mobile Library nicknaming contest, and meet the friendly Mobile Library staff who will be visiting neighborhoods across Saint Paul! Fun activities and light refreshments will also be provided.

The Mobile Library and this celebratory party are made possible with support from The Friends of Saint Paul Public Library and HealthPartners, as well as Community Development Block Grant Program funds.
