I first encountered Stonewall Kitchen while on vacation in Camden, Maine a few years ago with my husband.

The store was amazing! I wanted to buy one of everything and bring it all home. After several return trips to the store, this was the cookbook I purchased (among other things!).

I have referred to this book time and time again. It is flexible in terms of substituting ingredients, has easy to understand recipes and gorgeous photographs.
