Easy to follow recipes made with simple ingredients that you likely have in your cupboard. I have made the brownies MANY times and they are amazing. Highly recommend this book if you are new to vegan baking.

I made the Chocolate Love Cake w/ Mocha Frosting cupcakes (rather than cake) and it was well received and delish! Hope to check out book again so I can try more recipes! Loved this one :)

It's great for anyone learning the basics and science of baking.

Very easy to follow instructions and huge emphasis on accuracy.

As a spontaneous cook learning to bake, this rigorous orientation training is great!

I am definitely trying out a few of these recipes once I get all the ingredients :D
