I find fiction graphic novels hard to read - I fall in the "too many pictures, not enough words" camp - but nonfiction graphic novels are a different story. Complicated subjects can be illustrated and diagrammed more easily, and "Older Than Dirt" is no exception. This book was written for younger readers (as an adult with no kids, I'm not sure the exact age range, but I would have loved it between 8-12 years) but was still a fun way to learn a little geology and earth science.
Fun to read. Very informative.
