Well, okay, if your 20 something. And as skinny as a ruler.
I tried the exercises and they cause a lot of pain - but I have to admit, it did help. I simply could not do some of them as I have an injured knee, but I improvised.
I do not understand what she means by bounce for 30 seconds when you're on your back holding your leg over your head! But hey, I probably couldn't do it anyways.
If you're looking for several weeks of pain (and if you are over 20 and over weight it will be a lot more than 4 weeks, if ever, to the splits) with some reward, go for it. I still can't do the splits but I am a bit more flexible.
