The Saviour was another wonderful book in the BDB series. It did start off quite slow, as it needed to set a lot of scenes and give a lot of background into the story which was to occur, especially between the two main characters. The Saviour sort of felt like a revamp in the BDB series, where the storyline was given a slightly fresh start, with a new villain properly introduced and a new background story which was the whole BioMed arc and the experimentation on vampires by humans. It was interesting to learn properly about Murhder, who Ward has been subtly hinting about in previous books. She introduced his character really well, leaving me confused and curious as to what type of character he is, whether he is insane as she hints or misunderstood. She left me really looking forward to reading this book and reading his story. Overall, it was a wonderful book which got more captivating as you read on.
